Send word to the Lootara team

Every message to Lootara travels the same road: one inbox, read by the people who run the site. Whether your quest has bugged out, you're a developer with a listing to fix, or you have a business proposal — this is the door, and it is genuinely answered by a human.

Where the guild hall stands

Lootara is run from Surabaya, Indonesia, and our office is Pakuwon Tower in the city centre, integrated with Tunjungan Plaza. It serves as our correspondence address rather than a walk-in office — email is still by far the fastest way to reach us — but for anything formal, address us as:

Lootara
Pakuwon Tower
Jl. Embong Malang No. 21–31, Kedungdoro
Tegalsari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60261

Reasons travellers write to us

A quest won't load, or breaks partway

Give us the game's title, the address of its page here, the device and browser you're playing on, and a plain description of the failure — endless loading, a black frame, an error message. With those details in the first message we can usually track the problem down the same day; without them, our reply will be a request for them.

You built a game that appears here

All titles reach Lootara through the GamePix publisher program. To have yours updated, corrected or taken down, email the game's name together with a link to your own GamePix listing so we can verify the claim. Requests from confirmed developers are handled promptly. And if you'd like a title considered for one of our collections, say so — those pitches are read with real interest.

Copyright and takedowns

Formal removal requests use the same inbox; the DMCA page sets out the five things a complete notice should contain.

Privacy enquiries

Lootara has no player accounts and gathers no sign-up information, but if anything in our privacy policy — cookies, advertising, data — needs explaining or acting on, write and we will do exactly that.

Advertising and partnerships

Start the subject line with "Advertising" and your message skips straight to the right reader.

One boundary worth knowing: progress, purchases and accounts inside a game belong to that game's own developer, not to us. Unsure who that is? Write anyway — we'll help you find the right hall to knock on.
