By playing on Lootara you agree to the terms set out on this page. The site is free of charge, provided "as is", and intended for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Ownership of the games

Ownership of every game here — its code, artwork and trademarks — stays with the developer or publisher who created it. Games are embedded on Lootara under the GamePix publisher program, which arranges distribution to portals like this one. That licence covers playing the games on this site; it does not permit copying them, hosting them elsewhere, or selling them on.

Playing fair with the site

We ask little: don't attempt to break, overload or disrupt the site, don't scrape it at rates that amount to abuse, don't republish our writing or pages as though they were yours, and don't use the site for anything illegal. Where these terms are breached, we may withdraw the content involved or restrict the access responsible.

Availability, change and liability

The catalog belongs to third-party suppliers, so any game may be changed by its developer or withdrawn altogether at any time, without warning — occasionally mid-campaign, for which we can only apologise. To the greatest extent the law allows, we bear no liability for losses connected with using, or being unable to use, Lootara or any of its games.
